Getting there:
You can reach our house comfortably via the federal road "B17" (connected to the motorway/Autobahn "A8"). There is also a tram stop in close proximity (2 minutes walking distance).
The residential building stands on the street corner "Kopernikusstrasse - Keplerstrasse", the driveway is accessible from "Keplerstrasse". You can either park on the parking lot of the residence or directly in front of the apartments.
Please inform us about your estimated time of arrival, so we have the chance of welcoming you personally. :)
If you should arrive late in the night, we'll drop the key in the key safe at the door. You'll receive the code shortly before your arrival.
The accommodation:
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cutlery, pots&pans, hair dryer etc. If you're missing something, please let us know!
Upon request, we can provide travel cots and high chairs for babies and toddlers.
If you want or have to wash clothes, you may use the washing machine plus detergent and the dryer in our basement for a fee.
The area:
You can reach multiple supermarkets and shopping centres, restaurants and take aways (italian, turkish, balkan cuisine and home style cooking) by foot. There's a tram stop within only two minutes walking distance, which brings you directly into the city centre in about 18 minutes (tram line 3).
Our apartments are situated in a residential area, meaning you will have quiet nights here. That's why we ask for your consideration of our night's rest (in Bavaria from 10 pm to 7 am) in the apartment and on the balcony and patio.
On behalf of all our guests, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the house. On the balcony and the patios, smoking is permitted.
